The games are free to play and provided as-is for personal, non-commercial enjoyment. We may add, change, or retire games and features over time.
We may remove leaderboard entries or block access that breaks these rules.
Pro is an optional one-time purchase that unlocks premium games, extra themes, and supporter perks, processed securely by Stripe. If you buy with an email, you can restore Pro on another device and your settings and progress sync across your devices (see our Privacy Policy). Pro can also be unlocked with a free family/friends code, which works per device. If something goes wrong with your purchase, email us within 30 days and we'll make it right.
Live games (Chess, Checkers, Battleship, Connect 4) use an invite link anyone can join from — no Pro required to join. Play fair: don't tamper with games, and keep things friendly and family-appropriate.
Play Park is family-friendly and needs no personal information to play. If you are under 13, please use Play Park with a parent or guardian's permission. Parents and guardians are responsible for any Pro purchase.
The games, artwork, and Play Park name are owned by Harbor Privacy. Please don't copy, resell, or redistribute them without permission.
Play Park is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent allowed by law, Harbor Privacy is not liable for any indirect or incidental damages arising from your use of the games.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, USA.
